Perfectly crispy and bursting with holiday cheer, these red velvet wafer rolls are my current favorite🎄✨ Super easy to make, these delicious treats are the ultimate sweet snack for cozy evenings or Christmas parties❤️ Ingredients ❤½ cup +2 tablespoons of milk ❤¼ teaspoon vinegar ❤½ teaspoon red food coloring ❤¼ cup butter ❤¼ cup sugar ❤½ cup flour ❤1 tablespoon cocoa powder Cream Cheese Frosting ❤½ cup cream cheese ❤¼ cup butter ❤¼ cup sugar ❤½ cup whipped cream (¼ cup whipped cream whipped until stiff peaks) Instructions 1. Mix warm milk and vinegar and mix until the milk begins to curdle. ⁠2. Add ½ teaspoon of red food coloring and mix with a whisk. ⁠3. Now add the butter, sugar, flour and cocoa powder. Whisk until smooth. ⁠4. Heat the waffle mold over medium heat and pour 1 tablespoon of batter over it. Close the machine and cook it on both sides by turning the cone maker over. ⁠5.
