Each year, Vanessa decorates the Gingerbread Cottage in Victoria BC for Christmas. She is from Salzburg in Austria and still maintains many Austrian Christmas traditions. This video presents its wonderful Christmas home kitchen. The table is arranged with sausages, sauerkrauts, turnips, potatoes and buns, all homemade. We also have a part of her wonderful pastries here, and I am Norwegian, so she also manufactures Lefse. We are ready to eat and it is comfortable in this room, with a beautiful fire in the stove.
