Fried calamari-#recipe #fried #fish #italianfood #shorts #food #christmas #holidayseason
These fried squid rings are slightly coated with flour and fries until crisp perfection. It’s so simple and of course delicious! I use large calamari because the little ones tend to shrink and sometimes difficult to eat. Remember that it struck with laminated sea salt, game changer !!! These are just perfect for your holiday table or, traditionally, it is one of my 7 fish for Christmas Eve! Take advantage of 😉 Recipe below ⬇️ 6 large calamari 1 cup of sifted flour 3 tablespoons of corn starch salt and pepper oil for the fried salt on the Squameful Sea ** Wash Calamari well and dip in a little lemon water for 10-15 min. ** Cut into thickness strips 1/2 to 1 inch (they shrink slightly, so I prefer to cut them larger) ** Rinse them again, then dry with a hand paper towel ** Prepare your flour mixture and add it to a ziploc or bowl bag if you prefer and add the Calamari rings and shake your oil ready to review ** Shake excess flour and falls into hot oil. ** Once they become a slight golden color, they are ready. Remember that the more they fred (overcooked), the more difficult they will be. ** Place them on a paper towel to absorb part of the oil, then serve with lemon quarters while being hot! #Calamari #FriedCalamari #Calamarifritti #Christmas #Christmasissoming #Christmasrecipes #holidayCooking #sevenfishees #christmaseve #Dinnereas #holidayrecipes #Fish #frieffish #fritti #holidayfood #Christmasfood #traditionalfood #cialian #RECIPE #SeaFOOD #CHRISTMASMOOD #HolidayDinner #CALAMARIRING
