Kerala’s favorite beef stew. A killer combo for Appam. !! . Beef stew: Ingredients: – Boeuf – Crushed pepper – Water – Coconut oil – Cinnamon – Cloves – Cardamom – Onion – Ginger – Alure – Potato – Carrot – Salt – Green Chilli – Curry leaves – Thick coconut milk – Garam Masala Preparation: • In a cook Beef, salt, 1 TBSP CASPYD PEPPER, MPIRE DE LA AUMPER. Mix them well and cook the first whistle, then lower the flame. • In a saucepan, add the coconut oil 2 TBSP, the 1 inch cinnamon, 4 cardamon, 5 pods and blow them well. • Add 2 numbers of trenches, 1 inch ginger, 10 cloves of garlic, salt to taste and 4 chopped peppers. • Sauté until they become translucent. • To this, add pieces of beef, 1 large chopped potato and 1 medium carrot. • Now add 2 cups of thick coconut milk and put curry leaves. • Cover and cook in medium flame when you keep stirring. • Finally add 2 cups of thick coconut milk, ½ teaspoon of Garam Masala, ½ teaspoon of pepper, green pepper, curry leaves. • Ready stew!
