I have this thing where I like to eat salad with a spoon. Weird, I know, but the chopped salads will always be and always number one in my heart. So when I saw @bakedbymelissa do cabbage and cucumbers and mix them with green onions in slices, I was sold. It serves it with a creamy vegan green vinaigrette and picks it up with tortilla crisps, pure magic!
