I love cucumbers. They are crunchy, almost sweet, juicy and so refreshing. Especially when they are frozen and coated in an addictive sesame vinaigrette. Cucumbers are the ideal food in hot weather and the Chinese broken cucumber salad is the quintessence of the whole cool saying as a cucumber. Essentially, it is your classic broken cucumber salad but with a small twist: avocados. I love adding avocados for a cream of creamy butter with crisp cucumbers. Everything is dressed in a vinegar-vinegar-sauce-Noire toasted with sesame-somaney sauce which is tasty, sweet and addictive.

  • Aromatics. Garlic, red onion and coriander add additional punch to this salad. How to choose the perfect lawyer

Let mature on the counter: after a few days of rest on the counter, your avocados will probably be ripe but not pasty, perfectly green jade without notes of brown brunette.
