Everything Bagel Pesto Stir Fry Yaki Udon · i am a food blog
This is one of those dishes that I appeared with the publication. On the one hand, is it really a recipe? But on the other hand, when I took the first bite, I legitimized myself, it is one of the best things I have done for a long time. It may be because for the moment, me (and everyone, I suppose) needs something simple and comfort. There was something so satisfactory in this dish. Maybe it was the soft Udon, maybe it was the homemade pesto… but I’m almost sure it was the All Bagel Spice.
All Bagel Spice is life. I love this mixture of dried onions, dried garlic, salt and poppy. I think the poppy seeds are what makes all the bagel so good. I should really use poppy seeds for more than lemon poppy bread. I love their crisp crunchy and this hazelnut flavor.
Anyway, it is the simplest recipe in the world, especially if you have them homemade pesto in the refrigerator. Of course, you can also use the store, if it’s your jam and stores still have it. For the Udon, I always prefer the genre that comes in frozen bricks to Asian grocery store (this is called Sanuki Udon), but if you cannot find these vacuum -stricken Udon packs (they generally call it Nama Udon – which means fresh Udon but to be honest, it is not fresh) these will also work. To be honest, that’s what I used here because I had hidden and really, I had anxiety to leave the house. You can even use another noodle all together, but I think it is the thick chewing of the Udon that works really well here.
Once your UDON noodles are cooked – which, in most cases, is simply a question to warm them up, throw noodles with pesto, then garnish with all the bagel of spices and algae. All Bagel plus algae is an ultra -umami bomb in the best possible way!
