Working from the bottom to the top, cover the olive tree, then the sun -dried tomatoes. Fill all the holes with the rosemary strands. Carefully cut a cheddar star shape with your cookie cutter. Insert a toothpick at the bottom of the star and push gently into the top of the tree.
